Getting Started With UpLink Health and What to Expect

Do You Need Support?

Schedule An Appointment

Call us to schedule an appointment or schedule an appointment online and we will call you back to confirm. Whether at your home, business, or your local coffee house we will send an UpLink Benefit Advisor to you.

Discover Your Needs

We will review your needs. We will use software tools to check your doctors, medical facilities, pharmacies and medications to make sure your covered by the health plan. A licensed UpLink Benefit Advisor will do the work for you to make sure your medical needs are insured properly.

Implement Health Plan

Once you have chosen your health plan, we will help enroll you into the plan of your choice for the designated enrollment date that is designated. We will also help to make sure there is no lapse in your coverage, if at all possible.

Ongoing Support

We will assist you during the year once you have enrolled. Call us and we will help to make sure you have access to doctors in your network and access to your medications. We will also assist you during the year with understanding any letters you may receive from the insurance carrier.

Annual Benefit Checkup / ANOC Review

Depending upon your plan that you have chosen your plan may change on an annual basis. UpLink will contact you once a year to schedule an annual ANOC (Annual Notice of Change) review. We will review your benefits with you to make sure that you are happy with the benefits you have and if necessary make any changes you may want have done if at all possible.

UpLink Event Notifications

At your discretion, as an UpLink client, we will make sure that you receive notification on all upcoming events be it for educational or sales. Most of the events that are offered are at no cost to you and we typically will provide refreshments in a comfortable and professional setting, ie; diners, public libraries, hotel conference rooms, and or at our conference room at our office building.

AEP (Annual Enrollment Period)

During AEP (the Annual Enrollment Period) from October 15th to December 7th every year we will be running all types of sales and educational events covering all different types of Medicare products and services. Make sure to check out our online event calendar and register for any upcoming events you are interested in attending. You may also register for our monthly UpLink Newsletter and UpLink Event notification via email.
